Billing Manager

Nassau County New Car Franchise Dealer  is seeking to hire a Billing Manager. 

Responsible for overseeing the entire billing department.  If you are an experienced Auto Biller looking to take a step up into a management role you need to apply now!

You will be responsible for overseeing the following:

• Thorough knowledge of NYS DMV / VERIFY
• Supervise billing staff  
• Billing and packaging all new and pre-owned retail and lease deliveries as needed
• Maintaining police book
• Stocking in all Used vehicles.  Making sure all titles and/or lien releases are received in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all NYS regulations
• Processing all out of state registrations and titles with a DMV service
• Process all NYS titles and registrations
• Maintain and order all NY/ITP plate inventory
• Maintain and order documents needed for billing
• Supervise all wholesales and swaps to make sure all titles and documents are processed timely and efficiently
