We are a very well-established Auto Broker with a very large customer base. We have more leads than we can handle.

MY OWN CAR GUY supports a consumer’s ability to finance, lease, or purchase any new or pre-owned vehicle. We also do lease buyouts and trade-ins.

Job Description

You will be working closely with consumers as well as our partners through multiple platforms, including online and over the phone, you must have strong phone and and basic computer knowledge. You must be detailed, excellent follow-up skills. and a passion for pleasing consumers and providing an exceptional sales experience.

Job Scope

• Working with new and existing customers to facilitate the car buying experience through MY OWN CARGUY and our “Car Buying Experience” process
• Communicating with consumers via e-mail, social media, text, and phone
• Developing content and e-mails for promotional use
• Excellent follow-up skills, to track leads from inception to actual delivery
• Self-promotion and networking are definitely required

Qualifications:

• Prior Auto Sales experience is a huge plus, but not mandatory
• Tech savvy is a huge plus but you must have basic computer skills
• Excellent phone and communication skills are definitely required
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced, positive upbeat dynamic environment
• Passionate, enthusiastic work style with the drive to jump in with a hands-on attitude
• Looking for someone who is a hustler and is willing to put the work in

Compensation

• $70K – $120K 
• Aggressive commission plan
