Multi-Line New Car Franchise Dealer located on the North Shore of Nassau County, NY, is seeking to hire an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Write repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Recommend needed maintenance and repairs
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure the timely completion of repairs
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high CSI scores
• Upsell maintenance services and repair recommendations ethically and professionally
• Handle warranty and repair documentation properly
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to build rapport with customers and close service recommendations
• Team player mentality with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s licenses are required
