Millennium Chevrolet, located on Franklin Ave, Hempstead, NY, is seeking to hire a Service Advisor.

Qualifiactiosn

• Clearly explains services, repairs, and recommendations
• Listens actively to customer concerns
• Communicates effectively between techs and customers
• Maintains a professional, friendly tone at all times
• Greets every customer promptly and professionally
• Can translate technical language into customer-friendly explanations
• Handles objections and complaints calmly

You will be responsible for the following:

• Must maintain excellent CSI scores
• The ability to upsell
• The ability to multitask
• Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  

We will provide you with;

• A base salary, up to $800 per week for an experienced candidate  
• Salary range $80K – $120 per year /  this is a commission-based opportunity
• An aggressive end-of-the-month commission plan
