Experienced Service Advisor- Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown

Job Duties: 

• Reports directly to Service Manager
• Assist Service Manager with client issues or complaints.
• Work with Service Manager on strategies & reporting
• Manage & monitor loaner car fleet
• Monitor & assist advisor team. 
• Calling clients after recommended work is turned down
• Fill in for Service Manager on day off / vacations
• Monitor service drive ensuring all clients are being assisted

Experience: 

• Mercedes Benz experience preferred, but not mandatory
• CDK Experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
• Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Consistent and stable work history
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• 6 Figure earning potential
