Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective customer service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience to ensure a lasting, positive impression.
• Provide concierge-level support for all customer inquiries—by phone or in person.
• Maximize the sale of technicians’ time and ensure efficient scheduling of service work.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of prior experience as a Service Advisor
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers
• Experience with CDK is a plus (not required)
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Clean, valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
