F&I Manager

Suffolk County New Car Franchise Import Dealer is seeking to hire an experienced F&I Manager! We are seeking a well-seasoned, organized, and motivated F&I Professional to join our team! 

No beginners, please. Experienced F&I Manager only.  All resumes must demonstrate prior F&I Management experience to be considered.

Candidate must have the following skills;

• Excellent CSI
• Great references
• CDK experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• You must comply with all NYS laws and regulations. 

We have a very large inventory of new and used cars. Plenty of turns to be had!

You must have the following skills:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&I Manager is mandatory
• All paperwork is compliant 
• Ability to increase profitability within the F&I Department 
• A proven track record of high-performance
• Team player, capable of helping others succeed
• Possesses strong managerial and leadership skills
• Work closely with the Sales Team and Management
• Process finance and lease deals accurately through financial sources to secure approval
• Ensure that all contracts are funded promptly
