Legend Nissan / Infiniti located at 268 Jericho Tpke, Syosset NY is seeking to hire a Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills;

• Manage, train, and lead a team of automotive Sales Professionals
• Be a strong closer engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
• Actively support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain high productivity
• Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers
• Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up.

Job Requirements

• Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
• Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core
• Building sales volume using organic, digital, and traditional sales and marketing strategies
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal/written communication skills along with strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid NYS Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Excellent references

We will provide you with a;

• Salary $ 100K-$ 150K per year /  This is a commission-based opportunity
