King O’Rourke Cadillac located in Smithtown, NY is seeking to hire a Cadillac Selling Sales Manager.
You must have the talent ability and drive to close deals. Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
The ideal candidate must have the following skills;
- Minimum of 3 years Sales Management experience
- Manage, train, and lead a team of automotive Sales Professionals
- Be a strong closer engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
- Actively support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain high productivity
- Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers
- Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up.
- Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
- Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core
- Experience in building sales volume using organic, digital, and traditional sales and marketing strategies
- Outgoing personality with excellent verbal/written communication skills along with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid NYS Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Excellent references
We will provide you with a;
- Salary range: $125k-$175k per year (This is a commission-based opportunity)
