F&I Manager

Infiniti City of Massapequa, located on Sunrise Hwy, Massapequa, is seeking to hire an experienced and seasoned F&I Manager to join our team!

We have a large inventory of New & Pre-Owned vehicles with the proper management support in place, to ensure your success! High-line experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements

• Maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by providing excellent service and addressing customer needs effectively
• Proficiency in presenting and selling finance and insurance products, including vehicle service contracts and aftermarket products
• Ensuring the accuracy of all financial documents and sales figures, and preparing necessary paperwork for vehicle registration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, lenders, management, and dealership staff
• High ethical standards and professionalism
• Effective problem-solving skills
