Warranty Administrator

Legend Autorama, located on Merrick Rd, Amityville, is seeking to hire a Warranty Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing all three of our prestigious brands: Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who will be responsible for:

• Processing warranty claims on a timely basis
• Processing all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
• Verifying the criteria required by the factory
• Reconciling all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule
• Resubmitting all rejected claims promptly or receiving authorization to write them off
• Following up on payment of outstanding claims
• Filing and maintaining all service records as required by the warrantor
• Keeping informed of all factory recalls and bulletins

Job Requirements

• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred but not mandatory 
• Technical knowledge of vehicle service to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment
• Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues professionally and tactfully over the phone and in person

• Yearly earnings for this opportunity are $100K – $125K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
