Auto Biller

Acura of Bay Shore, located on Sunrise Hwy, Bay Shore, NY is seeking to hire an experienced Auto Biller. 

‘This is an immediate hire opportunity!

Prior automotive billing experience is mandatory!

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of DMV and process is mandatory
• Processing all out-of-state registrations and titles with a DMV service
• Follow up on all in-transit permits and lien releases
• Track incoming titles/file for duplicate titles when necessary
• Process all NYS titles and registrations
• Maintain and order all NY/ITP plate inventory
• Maintain and order documents needed for billing
• Supervise all wholesales, swaps, and trade in’s and make sure all titles and documents are processed timely and efficiently

• Salary range of $55K- $75K per year, based on your level of experience
