Service Advisor

Hyundai  / Genesis of Brooklyn located at 9013 4th Ave, Brooklyn, NY is seeking to a Service Advisor to join our team!

We have a very busy shop and we need help now!

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following skills;

• Great customer, people skills & telephone skills
• CDK experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Detail orientated
• Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals

We will provide you with

• A salary range $80,000-$110,000 a year
