BDC Representative

King O’Rourke Auto Group, consisting of Cadillac, Buick & GMC, is seeking to hire a BDC Representative to join our team.

No prior automotive experience? No problem — we will fully train you! If you bring the energy, communication skills, and drive to succeed, we will provide all the tools, training, and lead volume you need to earn a substantial income.

We have a massive inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles and a very steady flow of inbound customer leads. We offer our team members all the tools required to build a lucrative, long-term career. We currently have more incoming leads than our team can handle, and we are looking for ambitious talent to jump right in!

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, motivated BDC Representative to manage incoming phone, email, and internet inquiries. In this role, you will act as the crucial first point of contact for our prospective clients, guiding them through initial vehicle inquiries and setting qualified sales appointments for our showroom floor.

We have plenty of new and pre-owned cars in our inventory, giving you all the tools needed to succeed and earn a substatial living. We have more incoming leads than we can currently handle, and we need help now!

We are looking for a motivated, energetic professional who possesses excellent phone skills, strong communication abilities, and the confidence to effectively interact with both our clients and our management team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, internet leads, and set appointments
• Follow up with internet prospects via text, email, and phone 
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM tool
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
• Act as a liaison between the client and the sales team in a professional manner

 You will be responsible for determining each customer’s vehicle needs by asking the proper questions and keeping abreast of the latest features, accessories, and the benefits to the customer.

Job requirements:

• You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in customer service and great phone skills are mandatory
• Basic computer skills are required
• You must present yourself as a true professional
