Honda of the Bronx, located on E Tremont Ave, Bronx, is turning the page, and ready to make a BIG SPLASH as we’re under NEW OWNERSHIP!  

We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our team to the next level.

Job Description;

  • A minimum of (2) years of Sales Management experience is mandatory 
  • Manage, train, lead, and motivate the sales  team of Sales Professionals 
  • You must be a strong closer, engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
  • Actively support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain high productivity
  • Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers
  • Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up.
  • Ensure follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate future leads
  • Uphold the dealership’s core values of integrity, trust, and respect
  • Be accountable for daily sales metrics, appointments, and call follow-up
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with customers to confirm satisfaction and generate repeat/referral business

Job Requirements;

  • Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
  • Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core
  • Experience in building sales volume using organic, digital, and traditional sales and marketing strategies
  • Outgoing personality with excellent verbal / written communication skills, along with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Bi lingual is a big plus 

We will provide you with a:

  • Salary $150-$200K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity
  • An excellent end-of-the-month commission plan
