Service Advisor
Honda of the Bronx, located on is under new ownership, and we’re building something exceptional.
As we are expanding our focus on customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence, we’re looking for passionate professionals to join our growing team.
We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to be the bridge between our valued customers and our service department. If you’re ready to be part of a fresh start at a well-known brand with strong leadership and a clear vision, we want to hear from you.
Honda /Acura experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Description;
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately document customer concerns and service needs
- Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and transparently
- Coordinate with technicians and keep customers updated on service progress
- Provide top-tier customer service before, during, and after service visits
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
Job Requirements;
- Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
- The ability to upsell
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A team-first attitude and a customer-first mindset
- Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignitr is a plus, but not mandatory
- Bilingual is a big plus
We will provide you with a:
- Salary $90-$110K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity
- An excellent end-of-the-month commission plan
