Head Biller

Honda City is located at 4333 Hempstead Turnpike in Bethpage. This is the newest and largest Honda showroom on Long Island and is THE PREMIER place to work and shop.

Due to this expansion, we need to hire a Head Biller and Inventory Manager for a 3-person DMV department.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced billing ready to move up to a management position. 

 He/she should have CDK experience and DMV knowledge, must know how to separate deals, must have at least one or two years of experience with a franchised car dealership, and must have a positive attitude. Candidates should be reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented with an excellent attendance record.
  
Qualifications 

• CDK experience (preferred) 
• DMV knowledge, Verify, and the ability to separate deals
• Billing experience at a franchised automotive dealership
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
• Highly professional and dependable
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Requirements

• Billing of all new and pre-owned retail and lease deliveries
• Verifying the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale
• Receives and processes all paperwork from the F&I department
• Prepares tax and title documents
• Maintaining the police book
• Ensures that all of the vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted
• Helps create and process leasing and loan paperwork
• Provides additional administrative support as needed
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed
• Making sure all titles are inhouse promptly
