Automotive Biller

Mariano Rivera Honda located in Port Jefferson Station, NY is seeking to hire an Auto Biller.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has a minimum of  3 years experience (mandatory)

Responsibilities include:

• Billing all retail/lease / wholesale/swap deals
• Follow FTC protocols
• Knowledge of Automate is a plus, but not mandatory
• Processing DMV in a timely fashion
• Ensure that paperwork is in compliance
• Maintain Verifi
• Ordering MV 50s / intransits / license plates
• Stocking in new and used inventory
• Prepare and submit all contracts and paperwork to the bank for funding
• Other duties as needed
