Mariano Rivera Honda, located at 1435 Route 112 in Port Jefferson Station, NY, is seeking to hire a candidate who possesses high-quality phone skills and the ability to effectively communicate with our clients and our management team.
You will also be responding to all sales vehicle inquiries via the internet with the intent of setting appointments for prospective clients to meet with a member of the sales team. You will need to determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking the proper questions, listening, and keep abreast of features, accessories, and their benefits to the customer.
We have plenty of inventory in stock to accommodate all of our customers’ needs!
You will be working in our state-of-the-art facility
Your responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound sales and inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Schedule customer appointments and follow up as needed
- Help drive traffic to our sales department
- Accurately update and manage customer records in our CRM system
- Act as a liaison between the client and the sales team
Job requirements:
- You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Work with the company’s CRM and data mining tools
- Communicate with the Management team daily
- Experience in customer service and great phone/people skills are needed
- Good computer skills are a must
- A proven track record is a must

- Salary $65K – $90K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity
