General Sales Manager

Hillside Honda, located at 139‑07 Hillside Ave, Jamaica, NY, is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales team. We are a high-volume dealership with a very aggressive advertising budget! Only those with real talent, relentless motivation, and unstoppable drive need apply. Thorough knowledge of Desking is mandatory.

Prior Automotive Sales Management experience is a must.

You will also be implementing, monitoring, and maintaining all systems and processes.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:

• A minimum of 3 years of automotive Sales Management experience is mandatory 
• Manage, train, and lead a team of Sales Managers and Sales Professionals
• The ability to be a strong closer
• Actively support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain high productivity
• Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers
• Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up
• CDK experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• A proven track record and excellent references are mandatory.

We will provide you with the following;

• A salary ranging between $200K–$225K  /  this is a commission-based opportunity
