Warranty Administrator 

Champion Maserati Alfa Romeo, located on Northern Blvd, Great Neck, NY, a premier high-line dealership located on Northern Blvd in Great Neck, is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team! 

The Warranty Administrator plays a crucial role in managing warranty claims and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. This position involves processing warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with various departments to facilitate the warranty process. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Communicate with customers regarding warranty inquiries, claim status, and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with service technicians and parts departments to gather necessary information for claims processing.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality or service delivery.
• Assist in training staff on warranty procedures and best practices.
• Prepare reports on warranty claims for management review.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in warranty administration or a related customer service role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive or product warranties is an advantage, but not required
• Maserati / Alfa Romeo experience is a plus
