Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
• Drive department profitability through efficient operations and strategic planning
• Maintain manufacturer compliance and quality standards
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, workflow, and service processes
• Foster a customer-first culture that mirrors the luxury brands we represent

Qualiifactios

• Proven experience as a Service Manager in a high-line or luxury dealership
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Deep understanding of service department KPIs and financial performance
• Knowledge of DMS software (CDK/ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer experience, training, and certifications is a strong plus

• Salary $150K -$175K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
