Service Advisor 

Long Island Sports Cars, Aston Martin Long Island & McLaren Long Island located on Northern Boulevard, Roslyn, NY is seeking to hire an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our team!

We  are seeking to hire someone with;

• A proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction preferably in a high line dealer setting
• Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A high degree of professionalism
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proficient with Reynolds and Reynolds

Job Summary:

• The Service Advisor will visually inspect vehicles and gather information about the vehicle performance, complete work order and calculate and prepare service costs.
• Interact with Management to determine immediate service needs
• The ability to communicate  with our customers and senior management both clearly and effectively and to serve as a liaison between Technicians, Service and Sales Managers to ensure proper workflow
• Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
