Service Advisor   

Champion Maserati Alfa Romeo, located on Northern Blvd, Great Neck, NY, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding vehicle service needs
• Accurately diagnose and document customer concerns and vehicle issues
• Serve as a liaison between Technicians and Sales Managers to ensure proper workflow
• Present service recommendations and solutions in a clear and professional manner
• Achieve predetermined service sales targets through effective communication and upselling
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Maintain detailed records of service transactions and administrative tasks
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
• A proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction in an Automotive Dealership setting.
• A high degree of ownership and accountability, with the ability to prioritize effectively
• A high degree of integrity and professionalism with excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and service procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in service management software and basic office tools
