BDC Manager

 

Hassett Ford, Lincoln, Subaru, located on Sunrise Hwy, Wantagh, is Long Island’s premier Ford, Lincoln, and Subaru dealership, serving the community with excellence for over 40 years. We are known for our customer-first approach and commitment to quality, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center and help drive the next stage of our dealership’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

The BDC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Business Development Center. You will be focused on generating and nurturing leads, setting appointments, and converting inquiries into showroom traffic. This is a critical leadership role that works closely with our Sales, Internet, and Management teams.

Requirements

  • Monitor lead response times, appointment set/show rates, and conversions
  • Ensure CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems are properly utilized and maintained
  • Generate performance reports and present data-driven insights to management
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to ensure alignment on customer follow-up and appointment goals
  • Follow up on all e-mail, phone calls, and text inquiries frequently and make sure they are responded to promptly
  • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, and the benefits to customers

We will provide you with a

  • Salary range $50K-$60K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity
