New Car Prep Manager

Hassett Ford Lincoln Subaru located on Sunrise Hwy, Wantagh NY is seeking to hire a New Car Prep Manager.

If you have a desire to take a step up into a management role and are currently a Service Advisor, Technician, New Car Prep personnel or employed in any other facet of the automotive industry you need to apply as well. We are willing to train you!
Reynolds & Reynold experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

You will be responsible for ordering supplies, complete a delivery check sheet and quality control on all work done.Prior detail experience is not required but is a plus.
Essential Duties include the following

• Managing the Prep Staff
• Implement and maintain all policies, processes and procedures
• Overseeing the appearance of the lot
• Handling all recalls
• Scheduling of deliveries and staff
• Maintains professional appearance
• Daily duties to assigned (swaps, stocking in vehicles, managing multiple vehicle locations)
• The ability to pay attention to detail
• The talent to work in a fast paced environment
