Position Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, and excited about helping customers find the right ride for their lifestyle. Whether you’re already experienced in powersports or simply eager to learn, we provide the training and tools for you to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and interests
• Guide customers through the purchasing process from start to finish
• Maintain product knowledge across our entire lineup
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads using CRM tools
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Assist with showroom merchandising, display setup, and product presentation
• Stay current on new products, promotions, and industry trends
• Represent the Habberstad Powersports brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive or powersports a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
• Passion for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, watercraft, or outdoor recreation (highly preferred)
• Ability to work weekends and peak seasonal hours
• Valid driver’s license; motorcycle license a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs for a short period of time
