General Sales Manager 

Smithhaven Vinfast, located on Middle County Rd, St. James, is seeking to hire an experienced Manager to take the next step up into a General Manager’s position. If you have prior F&I management experience, you need to apply as well.

Our dealership operates on a no-haggling sales model. We do not go back and forth to the podium or involve multiple managers. This process is designed to respect the customer’s time and avoid exhausting the sales team or management.

The price the customer sees is the best price upfront. This keeps the process transparent, efficient, and respectful of everyone’s time.

We are a low-volume dealership that is seeking to hire an individual to take us to the next level.  A true hands-on leader—someone ready to dive into daily dealership operations and roll up their sleeves.

If you’re a high-performing Sales or F&I Manager looking to take a step up into a General Sales Manager position, this is your moment!

We want someone who has;

• A minimum  of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or an F&I Manager is required (no exceptions)
• Lives and breathes deskimg deals and can T.O.s like a true professional 
• Knows how to inspire, coach, and fire up a sales team to outperform
• Has the track record (and references) to prove you can grow a Sales Department

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the sales team with energy, urgency, and accountability
• Driving performance, growing volume, and maximizing profitability
• Coaching managers and staff to hit and exceed goals
• Creating a culture of excitement, urgency, and customer-first focus
• Desking, T/O’ing, and making sure the deals get DONE
