Service Advisor

Ford of Port Jeff, located on Rte 347, Port Jeff, NY, is seeking to hire an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

This is an immediate hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their service needs
• Advise customers on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service options
• Create and manage service orders, ensuring accurate documentation
• Coordinate with technicians to communicate service status and progress
• Provide estimates and follow-up on service recommendations
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Reynolds and Reynolds / Ignite experience preferred but not mandatory
• Previous automotive service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.

• Salary range of $50-$100k per year, (this is a commission-based opportunity)
