F&I Manager

Suffolk County New Car Franchise Dealer is seeking an experienced, results-driven F&I Manager to join our team.

We have a large inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles, strong management support, and the resources needed to succeed! This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned automotive finance professional ready to take the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record in automotive finance, lender relations, product presentation, compliance, and an excellent CSI track record. We are looking for a motivated professional who can maximize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and service.

Requirements

• Maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by providing excellent service and addressing customer needs effectively
• Proficiency in presenting and selling finance and insurance products, including vehicle service contracts and aftermarket products
• Ensuring the accuracy of all financial documents and sales figures, and preparing necessary paperwork for vehicle registration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, lenders, management, and dealership staff
• High ethical standards and professionalism
• Effective problem-solving skills
