F&I Manager  /  Suffolk County New Car Franchise Dealer

A well-established, high-performing automotive dealership in Suffolk County is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our leadership team. We are a volume-focused import store with strong customer satisfaction, a solid management team, and consistent sales traffic.

You will be seeing 85 turns + in the course of the month!

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success as an F&I Manager in a franchised dealership
• Strong product presentation and menu-selling skills
• Ability to structure deals for maximum approval and profitability
• Strong understanding of credit and lender programs
• High integrity and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities

• Present all finance products clearly and compliantly
• Secure competitive financing and complete all contracting
• Maximize PVR while maintaining excellent CSI
• Support sales management to ensure efficient deal flow
• Maintain lender relationships
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines
