Smith Haven Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, located on Middle Country Road in st James, NY, is seeking to hire a Quick Service Advisor.
We are expanding our Service Department, and we’re looking for a motivated Quick Lube Service Advisor to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. If you thrive in a busy shop, enjoy helping customers, and want to grow your automotive career, we want to hear from you!
Are You Currently an Auto Technician
If you’re a lube tech or automotive technician looking to move into a Service Advisor role, this is your opportunity. We’re open to training the right tech who’s ready to transition to the front desk and build a rewarding career as a Service Advisor.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, energetic communicator who can deliver an excellent customer experience
- Someone who can guide customers through basic maintenance services and recommend additional needs
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- A team player who wants to be part of a respected dealership with long-term growth opportunities
Requirements
- The ability to multitask
- Strong people skills
- The ability to assist in generating high CSI scores
