Service Coordinator / Advisor

Everything Auto, located at 980 Washington St, Franklin Square, NY, is seeking to hire a Service Coordinator/Advisor to interact with our customers as well as our shop team.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following skills;

• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• A high level of professionalism and courtesy
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus

 In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Service Department, managing a team of technicians, scheduling repairs and maintenance, ensuring quality control, and communicating with customers about their vehicle’s needs. Strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills are significant assets to our organization.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $75,000-$95,000 a year / this is a commission-based opportunity
