This is a great opportunity for a professional – whether a man or a woman, who possesses certain skills, to be groomed into a General Sales Manager.
The ideal Sales Manager/Closer will;
- Manage, train and lead a team of automotive Sales Professionals
- Be a strong closer, engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
- Actively support, encourage and motivate sales team daily to maintain high productivity
- Maintain the standards of integrity, trust and respect among our dealership and with customers
- Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments and call follow up.
- Follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate future leads
The ideal Sales Manager should possess the following:
- Strong closing skills with the ability to ask for the sale and follow-up with customers
- Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
- Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core
- Experience in building sales volume using organic, digital and traditional sales and marketing strategies
- Outgoing personality with excellent verbal/written communication skills along with strong negotiation and presentation skills
