General Sales Manager

 

Eagle Kia of Riverhead, located on Rte 58, Riverhead, NY, is seeking to hire an experienced General Sales Manager to lead the team!

You will be responsible for leading and inspiring our Sales Department while driving consistent growth and performance. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in automotive sales management, building high-performing teams, and exceeding customer satisfaction standards.

Candidates with a minimum of three (3) years of successful Sales Management experience and a proven track record who are ready to take the next step in their career are strongly encouraged to apply as well!

Responsibilities include;

  • Previous experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager 
  • Maintain high CSI scores and a customer-first culture
  • Oversee all new and used vehicle sales operations
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies
  • Be a strong closer, engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
  • Actively support, encourage, and motivate the management and Sales team daily to maintain high productivity
  • Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers
  • Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up calls
  • CDK experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Requirements;

  • Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
  • Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core
  • Experience in building sales volume using organic, digital, and traditional sales and marketing strategies
  • Outgoing personality with excellent verbal/written communication skills, along with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License with a clean driving record

We will provide you with the following 

  • Salary $150K-200K per year, this is a commission-based opportunity\
  •  An excellent end-of-the-month commission plan
