Service Advisor / Nassau County

New Car Franchise Domestic Dealer located in Nassau County is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

We’re looking for a motivated professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients
• Building client relationships during the service visit
• Working with the client to get all the information needed to repair the vehicle promptly
• Perform vehicle walk-around & document customer concerns to enable the Techs to properly diagnose & service the vehicle
• Selling repair and maintenance work needed as per the factory and Dealership guidelines to the clients.
• Making sure the customer is up to date during the repair process
• Making sure the car is repaired properly while keeping the customer satisfaction index to the dealer’s standards.
• Service Advisors remain involved with the delivery of the vehicle to the customer upon completion to ensure all customer concerns can be addressed
• Thorough knowledge of the product, well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle
• Initial and ongoing training will be provided

Our Commitment To You:

• Base salary of $800 per week for an experienced Service Advisor 
• Salary range $80k -$120k per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
