Customer Experience Manager
High volume Suffolk County New Car Franchised Dealer is seeking to hire a Customer Service Manager.
We are seeking to hire a candidate that has the ability to ensure that our customers have had a positive experience that they received in our Service Dept.
New Car Dealership Experience is a Plus.
- Contact each customer to determine their satisfaction with the service work performed to ensure we are consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Stay in contact with the ” Waiting customers ” and checking on the progress of their car and give continual updates
- Monitor hold-overs and make sure the customers are updated
- Great phone skills
- Excellent people skills
- Computer savvy
- Must have a professional and polished demeanor
- Handle customer complaints with the factory
- Keep a log of the CSI daily
