Competition Subaru of Smithtown is currently seeking a BDC Representative who is passionate about BDC and wants to continue their career in BDC with a great company.
Our Business Development Center is an essential part of any dealership. Our reps are responsible for bringing in traffic to our sales team, connecting with customers, having extensive product knowledge, and so much more.
- Heavy inbound and outbound client inquiries from web leads, phone & email
- Short-term & long-term follow up with clients in the customer relationship management system drive
- Speak with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner and be able to problem-solve
- Direct customer calls/questions/ concerns appropriately to the right party, including those available online.
- Log all activity in a CRM. CDK exp. a Plus
- Minimum one year of experience working as a BDC representative at a dealership.
- Dealersocket experience a plus
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
