Clerical Receptionist

Champion Maserati / Alfa Romeo, located on Northern Blvd, Great Neck, NY is seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist for our showroom  

Your house would be as follows 

• Mon-Sat- 3 PM – 6 PM 
• Saturdays 8 AM-4 PM 

The successful candidate will;

• Answer all incoming telephone calls and satisfy customers’ inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Greet customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with other clerical duties as required
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance
• Light computer skills are necessary 

We will provide you with 

Salary $18 – $20 per hour based on your level of experience
