• Proven success as an F&I Manager in a franchised automotive dealership
• Strong product presentation and menu-selling abilities
• Ability to structure and secure approvals across multiple lender sources
• Strong understanding of credit profiles, lender programs, and compliance
• Customer-focused mindset with high integrity and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities

• Present finance and protection products professionally and compliantly
• Secure financing and complete all required contracting accurately
• Maximize profitability while maintaining excellent CSI
• Work closely with sales management to ensure efficient deal flow
• Maintain strong lender relationships
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
