The primary role of this position is to build a team of highly productive sales associates. Part of the position is to identify, hire, and manage salespeople to achieve their monthly and annual goals. You will greet customers and close sales deals. You will be assisting in achieving the sales goals of our full-functioning Pre-owned department’

You must be a self-motivated “go-getter”, and a detailed follow-up professional who has the desire to succeed and bring this dealership to the next level!

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Proper T/O and closing skills are paramount to success
• Desking skills required new and used 
• Inventory control/reconditioning
• Used car merchandising and management skills will be of utmost importance 
• Min 3 years of Sales Management experience
• Used vehicle trade-in and appraisal knowledge
• Detailed E-commerce understanding
• Proven track record of accomplishments 

COMPENSATION

• Compensation plan- draw against commissions……This is a commission-based opportunity

Candidates should expect to earn between …$175,000K and $300,000K per year!
