The Empire Auto Group is seeking to hire an experienced Automotive Bookkeeper to work in our Corporate office located in Huntington.

We are growing in leaps and bounds and we need help now!

Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus but not mandatory

Bookkeeper Responsibilities;

  • Costing / posting deals and finalizing to accounting
  • Following up and processing of funding and payoffs
  • Processing incentive rebates
  • Breaking down contracts
  • Extended warranties
  • Excel knowledge
  • Calculating commissions for the Sales Department

Job Requirements;

  • You must be self motivated and have a great work ethic
  • Presents themselves in a professional manner
  • A team player is essential
