Bird Bus Sales located at 202 Terminal Drive, Plainview, NY is seeking to hire an Auto Biller.

WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN YOU! 

Dealer Track experience is preferred, (but not mandatory)

We are seeking a candidate who can do the following:

• Prepare title work including processing all new and used vehicles for registration
• DMV Scheduling and posting
• Processing Factory Rebates
• Prepping deals for finalizing in the accounting office
• Verify the cost and transactions of each sale
• Provide additional administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous dealership and Verify experience is prefered but not mandatory
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Willingness to take initiative
• Detail-oriented skills with strong organizational skills
• Quality writing and grammar skills
• Detailed follow-up up necessary
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work individually and as a team
• Being proactive in your job responsibilities, career, and business growth
