Auto Biller  /  Join Our Team – Training Available

Bird Bus Sales, located at 202 Terminal Drive, Plainview, NY, is seeking to hire an Auto Biller.

Bird Bus Sales is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Auto Biller / Title Clerk to join our growing team. Previous dealership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Experience with Dealertrack, NetSuite, Advectus, and Verifi is a plus, but not required.

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare and process title work for new and used vehicle sales
• Complete vehicle registrations and coordinate DMV scheduling
• Post and maintain DMV transactions accurately
• Maintain accurate inventory records and spreadsheets
• Manage and update the electronic police book through Verifi
• Process manufacturer and factory rebate documentation
• Prepare and organize vehicle deals for final review by the accounting department
• Verify vehicle costs, sales transactions, and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with dealership and state requirements
• Provide administrative and clerical support across departments as needed
• Assist with special projects and additional office duties as assigned

Qualification

• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred but not required
• Experience with Verifi, Dealertrack, NetSuite, or similar dealership software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
• Reliable follow-up and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist across multiple departments
• Commitment to personal growth and contributing to company success

Compensation & Benefits

• $23.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
