Assistant Bookkeeper / Biller

Suffolk County New Car Import Dealer is seeking to hire a full-time Assistant Bookkeeper / Biller.

Automotive experience and CDK experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Account receivable
• Daily Deposits
• Credit card batch posting and schedule reconciliation
• Data entry including posting invoices and issue checks
• Billing including DMV, Verifi,and breaking apart deals

40 hour work week – Mon- Fri

Your salary range would be $45K – $60K per year, based on your level of experience. We will provide you with a medical /dental benefits plan a 401K and paid time off!
