Service Advisor

Bical Chevrolet located on Merrick Rd in Valley Stream, is seeking to hire a Service Advisor now!  We have a real busy shop and we need help!

We are seeking to hire a candidate that has the following skills:

• Excellent work ethic / detail oriented
• The ability to upsell 
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Excellent CSI / customer service skills, along with great people skills
• Have a positive attitude and ability to work well with customers and employees
• Ability to multi task
