BDC Manager

Bical Chevrolet located on Merrick Rd, Valley Stream is seeking to hire a BDC Manager.

Job Description

You will be responsible for organizing, developing, and monitoring the daily activities of incoming sales call and internet leads for Sales department, through the use of automotive DMS and CRM systems.

The right individual will be able to develop, maintain and monitor a successful and efficient process for the department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of the Business Development Center
• Actively train and mentor BDC Representatives
• Maintain an accurate customer database through the E-leads system
• Ensure all customer follow-up is in a timely and professional manner
• Track follow-up all appointments
• Communicate with our Sales Management team
• Prepare, compose and update all scripts for appointment setting and follow-up calls

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience leading an inside sales team performing in a high-relationship consultative sales process.
• Knowledge in DMS, CRM systems (with in the automotive industry, preferred)
• Sales skills in a team environment
• Sales management and human relations skills
• Ability to drive performance through the creation of a productive and fun work environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• General knowledge of the automotive industry

We will provide you with a base salary, a very aggressive commission plan, a medical benefits plan is also available and paid vacation.
