BDC Representative

Atlantic Chevrolet, located on Sunrise Hwy in Bay Shore, NY, is seeking to hire a BDC Representative to join our team.

We are a high-volume dealer with plenty of New and Pre-Owned inventory, giving you all the tools needed to succeed and earn a substatial living. We have more incoming leads than we can currently handle, and we need help now!

We are looking for a motivated, energetic professional who possesses excellent phone skills, strong communication abilities, and the confidence to effectively interact with both our clients and our management team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, internet leads, and set appointments
• Follow up with internet prospects via text, email, and phone 
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM tool
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
• Act as a liaison between the client and the sales team in a professional manner

 You will be responsible for determining each customer’s vehicle needs by asking the proper questions, and keeping abreast of the latest features, accessories, and the benefits to the customer.

Job requirements:

• You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in customer service and great phone skills are mandatory
• Light computer skills required
• You must present yourself as a true professional

• Salary $80K-$120K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
