Nassau County New Franchise Multi Line Dealer Import is seeking to hire a BDC Manager to oversee our entire operation.
This position will include hiring, training and overseeing all BDC Personnel as well as monitoring all Internet leads. You will be responsible for overseeing our entire Customer Contact Center.
Applicants must possess the following:
- Thorough knowledge of all Automotive Internet advertising and marketing
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience
- Minimum 2 years Management experience
- Knowledge of CRM is a plus, however, if you are a fast learner, we are willing to train you
- Communicates effectively with Internet Personnel whether by phone, by e-mail or in person
- Directs all BDC Personnel to product information resources
- Constant communication with senior management
- Monitor customers scheduling to select a vehicle and ensures proper followup by the BDC staff
- Understands the psychology of Internet customers and works with the staff to help them understand the Internet buyer
- Oversee all e-mail inquiries frequently and make sure they are responded to in a timely manner
- Establishes personal income goals for the entire staff that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to assist the staff in reaching those goals.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and the benefits to customers and conveys this information to all BDC Personnel
- Coordinates Internet promotions with the other dealerships in our group for he purpose of Internet advertising
