BDC Manager

High Volume Suffolk County New Car Franchise Import Dealer is seeking to hire a BDC Manager.

You must have extensive knowledge of all Automotive Internet advertising, including Google Analytics, and Digital marketing. We subscribe to almost every lead generator that is available! As a result, we have a tremendous amount of inquiries coming in daily!

Job Description

You will be responsible for organizing, developing, and monitoring the daily activities of incoming sales calls and internet leads for the Sales department, through the use of automotive DMS and CRM systems. Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite  experience is preferred but not mandatory

The right individual will be able to develop, maintain, and monitor a successful and efficient process for the department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of the Business Development Center
• Actively train and mentor BDC Representatives
• Maintain an oversee an accurate customer database through the E-leads system
• Ensure all customer follow-up is conducted in a timely and professional manner
• Track follow-up of all appointments
• Constant communication with our Sales &Management team
• Prepare, compose, and update all scripts for appointment setting and follow-up calls

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience leading an inside sales team performing in a high-relationship consultative sales process.
• Sales skills in a team environment
• Sales management and human relations skills
• Ability to drive performance through the creation of a productive and fun work environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• General knowledge of the automotive industry
